Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council meeting

Happening Now ~ The 26th Ordinary Session of the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council meeting at the Deputy President's Residence in Karen hosted by the Deputy President Kithure Kindiki. The State Department for Devolution Principal Secretary Teresia Mbaika  is also in attendance.
Among the key issues to be discussed will be the Technical Report on the implementation of County Aggregation and Industrial Parks (CAIPSs) and extensive consideration of the Fiscal Documents for FY2025/2026. IBEC is a forum for the consultation and cooperation between the National and County Governments on matters of finance, budget, the economy and planning.
